Delivery-as-a-service (DaaS) is a service-oriented business model in which restaurants can gain access to on-demand deliveries without the need to hire and manage their own fleet.

The delivery-as-a-service (DaaS) provider takes care of the delivery process on behalf of the restaurant by picking up orders that are ready  and completing the last-mile delivery.

With delivery-as-a-service, restaurants pay a flat fee for orders, no hidden fees or commissions. The restaurant can determine how much of the delivery cost is paid by the customer – all of it, 50/50 or none of it.
